AMSFAB has established a 3/4-inch InP material process system, developing standardized DFB and FP process platforms with full coverage of center wavelengths from 600nm to 2100nm. The platform includes Buried-Heterostructure (BH) DFB and Ridge Waveguide (RWG) DFB lasers tailored for silicon photonics pump sources, alongside FP laser processes with maximum peak output power up to 50W. These devices feature high power output, wide wavelength tuning, and narrow spectral linewidths, making them ideal for gas sensing, medical aesthetics light sources, and precision optical metrology. Featuring superior high-power emission, broad wavelength tunability and narrow spectral linewidth, products fabricated here serve gas sensing, medical aesthetic light source, precision optical metrology and multiple other application fields.

The high-speed VCSEL platform enables highly efficient optical coupling, high-speed modulation, and low power consumption, perfectly adapting to high-speed communication scenarios. Meanwhile, the array VCSEL platform is distinguished by high power and high yields, catering to diverse applications such as LiDAR, data center, automotive optoelectronic, and 3D sensing.
